Trying to schedule a service or an MOT here is just plain maddening. I've spent three weeks attempting to book a service and have had to call multiple times just to reach someone in the service department.

Even when I finally manage to connect with a rep, the company's setup feels weak and unprofessional. It takes ages to get anything sorted, and the service quality just isn't up to par.

While some folks might drop positive reviews in the heat of the moment, I can tell you that my overall experience with this company has been far from satisfactory.

What a fantastic experience shopping with Prestige Cars Kent! They really took care of my wife and me. Our sales rep, AK, was top-notch—no pressure at all and super patient during the viewings and test drives. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and it felt like everyone really went the extra mile for us that day. Plus, the car is just incredible!

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting for my vehicle, even though they took my deposit and we had a finance agreement sorted out.

I've been given two different delivery dates and asked to send in my paperwork, but then it goes quiet. After countless calls trying to get updates, I finally reach someone who tells me they don’t even have the car ready for delivery.

The lack of communication and the empty promises are just maddening. Even after escalating my case, I haven’t heard anything for over a week now.

I honestly can’t wrap my head around how there are so many good reviews when this whole situation has been such a hassle from beginning to end.

Next up, I’m taking this to the motor ombudsman!

Right from the first time I reached out to the dealership about the vehicle, they were incredible. I hit them up on live chat regarding the specific car I was keen on, and honestly, it was the fastest reply I’ve ever received, which was just fantastic. Oshane was the sales rep who greeted us on the day, and he was super helpful, courteous, and really friendly, answering all our numerous questions, which was quite impressive! When Dominic delivered the car yesterday, it was also a great experience. He pointed out some key features to keep in mind, parked it exactly where I wanted, and was just as lovely and professional as Oshane! I had a wonderful time with Prestige Cars Kent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of top-notch service and quality vehicles.

I showed up without a prior appointment, but that didn’t stop Amandeep Kalsi from lending a hand. He made sure the car was fetched from the depot so I could check it out. He was super accommodating and put me at ease. It was a real pleasure to work with him.

When we walked in, Joshua was there to greet us. We mentioned our interest in trading our vehicle. He showed us the car we were eyeing and provided all the details without any pressure. (We even enjoyed some tea!) He went above and beyond to assist us and clarified every aspect of the transaction. During the handover, Louisa was there to guide us through the paperwork and addressed all our queries in a very professional manner. The entire purchasing experience was smooth as can be. This is the second vehicle I've bought from this dealership, and I gotta say, the whole process was super smooth when trading in my old car for the new one. The salesman, AK, was really helpful and let me check out and test drive the cars I was interested in without any hassle. I'll definitely be back in a couple of years to switch it up again!

The team was super helpful. My point of contact was Adam Highwood, and he was really easy to chat with and quick to get back to me on questions. I definitely recommend them.

SHOCKED! Seriously, check out the negative reviews and pay attention to them. We bought what looked like a decent car from this place, only to discover it has major safety problems. Prestige Cars Kent won’t fix these issues (even though they were pointed out in the Warranty) and they’re not willing to take the car back or give us our money back. They seem perfectly fine leaving us with a faulty vehicle. Stay away at all costs!

STEER CLEAR - I bought a car from this company believing it was in top shape (no problems shown during the test drive). Unfortunately, the vehicle has issues (even though they’ll claim it’s all good). When I tried to use the warranty, Prestige Cars Kent turned a blind eye and are now looking to wash their hands of the matter. The customer service is really poor. I’m having to reach out to the vehicle ombudsman for more assistance.

Steer clear of this place. Back in October, we bought a car from them. In the last four months, we've only driven it about 300 miles because it’s been stuck in the shop getting fixed. It’s just one problem after another, and now we’ve returned the car. They picked it up two weeks ago, and I’m hounding them daily for my refund. The person I need to talk to is always busy in meetings and never gets back to me, whether it’s calls or emails. I’m planning to drop by tomorrow to see just how swamped this guy really is, since it must be super tough to have meetings from 9 to 5:30 every day.

Once you’ve got the car, whether you have an extended warranty or not, they really don’t seem to care about their customers.

Honestly, this has been the smoothest and most enjoyable car purchase we've ever had. Mosiah was super professional and really knew his stuff. He walked us through all the finance options and warranties, making sure we understood everything clearly. The handover was handled by Jess, who was just as efficient and professional. Overall, our time with Prestige Cars of Kent was fantastic. We’re definitely heading back to Mosiah for our next ride.
